"Frills" not included

One of the key reasons we can keep the cost of your new extension so low, is a simple one:  the extension will be perfectly built, fully secure, plastered etc. to the highest of standards, however we will not be including the expensive "frills".  You will have your new extension with water and electrical supplies, then it is over to you.  We can carry out more of the work if you require however we find many clients can take care of the finishing touches either themselves or with friends to massively reduce the costs involved.
