So How Does It Work When The Project Starts?
Each stage of the project will be carried out by professional trades people. We have a company policy of no cheap or unqualified labour. The majority of our staff have been with us for over ten years.
You will be contacted each day by our Installation Department to give you an update on the progress of the project and details for the next day of both who will be visiting and at what time the work will be taking place. The average project takes between 7 to 10 working days.
Your installation will be carried out by specialist trades people. We have dedicated departments for:
- first fix plumbing – full strip out, planning and installation of connection pipes
- electrical – adjustment and new connections. Current electrics will be checked for suitability & safety
- carpentry – adjustments to architrave, frame etc. where required.
- plastering – full wall preparation for level and angles including new wall boards where required
- tiling – different styles & layouts for tiles will be discussed including “diamond & brick effect”
- finishing – specialised department that will complete the project on the final day including full testing of all materials and goods.
What Happens When It Is Finished?
The project will be fully assessed upon finish. You can then relax and enjoy your new bathroom with the peace of mind that a 24 hour 7 day per week service department will be available to you should you have any concerns or queries.
